Backfill for Kimberly Roberts-Daniels CXL

Job Details:

* Day/Evening rotator shifts available: 7:00 AM?7:00 PM, 9:00 AM?9:00 PM, or 11:00 AM?11:00 PM; straight evenings also available
* Weekend call scheduled in 8-hour blocks: 7:00 AM?3:00 PM, 3:00 PM?11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM?7:00 AM
* Up to 4 weeknight calls and up to 2 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
* Call required on weeknights and weekends
* No float required
* Level 1 Trauma Center with primarily adult and geriatric patient population
* 22 operating rooms
* Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* EPIC charting system experience required
* General OR and Trauma experience required; Level 1 Trauma experience required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and CAC
* Michigan license must be in-hand at time of submission (compact license not accepted)
* 2 supervisory/manager references required (charge RN references not accepted)
* Specialties include orthopedics (joint, oncology, trauma, hand/foot, sports medicine), general surgery, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, and interventional pulmonary
* Special equipment includes DaVinci robotic surgical systems, laparoscopic equipment, Stryker, Storz integration, Mako Surgical System, O-arm, C-arm, Hana Table, variety of orthopedic implants, specialty beds, and Censitrac instrument scanning
* Interdisciplinary support available including interpretation services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
* Traveler pairs are not accepted
* No RTO permitted during the first week of the contract

This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center equipped with 22 operating rooms and a comprehensive range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, and interventional pulmonary. The facility utilizes advanced surgical technology including DaVinci robotic systems, laparoscopic equipment, and specialized orthopedic tools, supported by a full interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
