RN - Hospice

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Schedule varies with 3 shifts per week
* Weekend and holiday availability required
* No on-call or standby requirements
* No floating requirements
* Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 on hospice unit
* Care for patients at end of life, primarily adult population
* Document and chart using Epic electronic health records system
* End of life care experience required
* Scrubs required, any color accepted
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Valid driver's license and insurance required
* Cancellation policy: 2 cancellations per 13-week assignment
