Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3273.40

Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* Work 40 hours per week on a Saturday through Wednesday schedule
* Caseloads and visit mixes per day will average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
* Prioritize start of care visits and complete next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
* Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
* Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of visit
* Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
* Be generally responsive during normal business hours
* Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
* Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
* Territory covers Solano County, CA with potential expansion as needed
* Training consists of 3 full days - one in-house and two in the field
* Documentation system used is Kinnser
* iPad and Verizon One Talk equipment provided
* Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
* Parking and toll reimbursement paid
* Company car option available
* California PT license required
* Minimum one year of home health experience required
