Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $4342.00

Opportunity:

Split CT/XRAY

Job Details:

* Weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2x12-hour shifts)
* Must have flexibility to work either day or evening shifts during the week depending on department needs
* Required to take 5-6 call shifts per month with flexibility available for specific days unable to take call
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in an ER setting with CT and X-ray required
* ARRT (R) certification and BLS required
* Epic experience within the last 12 months required and must be explicitly documented on profile
* Must pass Epic competency exam - only one attempt allowed
* Required skills include: CT abdomen without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, pelvis without and/or with contrast, thoracic, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma
* Must be proficient with GE CT scanner and PACS system
* Experience with preparation and/or administration of contrast media required
* Must be able to start peripheral IVs
* Proficiency with radiology systems including GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba preferred
* Isolation precautions/PPE experience required
* Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, transportation, and unit secretary

Facility:

This facility operates a busy emergency radiology department with a daily census of approximately 30 patients. The department provides comprehensive imaging services and is supported by an interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, transportation, and unit secretaries. The facility maintains modern imaging equipment and utilizes Epic as its primary charting system to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
