Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2043.40

Stepdown RN

Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Every other weekend required
* Holiday rotation required
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* Float within scope required to meet facility needs, same expectation as current staff nurses - agency floats first
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Must have ICU and/or Stepdown experience
* First-time travelers accepted with prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Preferred certification: NIHSS
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Scrub color: Royal blue
* Free parking available
* Block scheduling may be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of application and approval is based on facility needs

Facility:

This facility is a community-based hospital with a 12-bed Stepdown unit dedicated to providing high-quality intermediate care for adult and geriatric patient populations. The unit supports a collaborative care environment with access to interdisciplinary teams and utilizes Epic for charting. The facility maintains consistent staffing ratios and upholds the same professional standards for traveling staff as permanent employees.
