Job Details:

* Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel
* Travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
* Hard stop requirements: must have Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics experience
* Service lines include Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
* Patient ratio is 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Variable weekend schedule - will be discussed during interview
* Variable call schedule - will be discussed during interview
* Floating required within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
* Maximum of 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
* No holiday RTO will be approved; blackout dates are 11/23?11/29 and 12/21?1/3
* 36 orientation hours required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Required certification: BLS
* Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
* Required skills include: Craniotomy, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Lumbar Fusion, ALIF, XLIF, Total Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy, Organ Donation, Transplant (Kidney, Liver, Pancreas), Cholecystectomy, Colon Resection, Hernia Repair, Appendectomy, Laparoscopic Procedures, Hysterectomy, GYN procedures, and additional general OR procedures
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
