Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* No on-call required
* Up to one working weekend shift per 4-week schedule period
* Required to work at least one holiday period (Christmas: Dec. 24?Dec. 26 or New Year's: Dec. 31?Jan. 1)
* Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units or sister facilities as required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
* Block scheduling available with manager approval based on unit needs
* 2 years of experience strongly preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
* Required certifications: BLS, Radiation Badge (to be provided by agency)
* Level 1 trauma experience required
* Scrub experience strongly preferred
* RNs are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures
* Serves patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups
* Charting system: EPIC
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Parking available with $20 registration fee for a hang tag for use of the designated parking garage

Facility:

This facility is a Level I Trauma Center, teaching facility, and Magnet-designated hospital with 820 total staffed beds. The Main Operating Room features 21 OR suites covering all surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics. The nursing team consists of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologists, operating within a busy and dynamic nurse-driven department that provides cutting-edge technology and interdisciplinary support including interpretation services, radiology, pharmacy, and unit secretary services.
