Job Details:

* Work 4x10-hour day shifts per week
* Weekend requirements vary based on staffing needs, typically every 4th weekend with weekday coverage
* On-call required: weekday call runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM per call rotation with staff; call requirements may change based on staffing needs
* May be required to float to other campus as needed
* Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* 4+ years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
* Charting system: Epic
* Surgical scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available in any unrestricted space
* Care for patient age groups including infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Required skills include but are not limited to: General OR, Ortho/Spine, Total joint replacement, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Hana Table, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Lumbar fusion, Laminectomy/discectomy, Anterior cervical fusion, Cholecystectomy, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy, Colon resection, Appendectomy, Cystoscopy, Arthroscopy, Closed/Open reduction of fractures, Hernia repair, Carpal tunnel release, Cataract extraction/implant, Kyphoplasty, and more
* Block scheduling approval can be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
* Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams, with peak activity in August and September
