Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Holiday rotation required
* Floating within scope required to meet facility needs, agency staff floats first
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of ICU and/or Stepdown experience required
* First-time travelers accepted with prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Preferred certification: NIHSS
* Preferred charting system experience: Epic
* Scrub color: Royal blue
* Free parking available
* Patients served: Adults and Geriatrics
* Block scheduling approval can be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of application; approval based on facility needs

Facility:

This facility is a 12-bed intensive care unit offering specialized critical care services to adult and geriatric patients. The unit utilizes Epic for charting and provides comprehensive support for a wide range of complex patient conditions. The facility maintains consistent staffing ratios and offers a structured environment where traveling nurses are held to the same expectations as permanent staff.
