Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Minimum of 18 months permanent ICU experience required
* Must have an active Ohio license or an active compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission - no pending certifications accepted
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a minimum passing score required
* Two attempts maximum allowed to pass orientation assessments
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required - references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months, co-worker references will not be accepted
* Pre-start modules averaging 6 to 15 hours are required and vary by specialty
