Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

* 4x10 day shift schedule with 70 guaranteed hours per 2-week period
* Traveler may be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2-week period
* Some Saturdays are required as part of the 4 scheduled shifts for the week (not an additional shift)
* On-call required 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend
* May float to IR and EP within scope to meet facility needs
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Only 1 time off request permitted per 13-week assignment; approved on an individual basis
* Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
* Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) or RCIS
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrubs provided by facility; parking is free
* Perform procedures including Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, and Structural Heart procedures (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip)
* Interventional Radiology procedures include Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/Upper Extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/Intervention, and Stroke Thrombectomy
* Additional procedures include Neurointervention and CRM Device implants
* Required experience: EP, IR, Vascular, Monitoring, and Neuro
* Preferred experience and skills: CTO, Peripherals, Venous Access, Rhythm Interpretation, Philips X-Ray System, Atherectomy Devices, Thrombectomy Devices, Temporary LVAD Support, McKesson for Cath Lab, and MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
