Opportunity:

MRI Tech - Radiology

Job Details:

* Work 2 shifts per week totaling 24 hours per week
* 12-hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:45 AM and 7:15 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* No on-call or standby requirements
* No blocked or self-scheduling available
* Perform brain, spine, MRA, body (abdomen, pelvis, chest), and MSK (long bone, joints) imaging studies
* Average of 14 scans per day
* Work as a lone technologist on a mobile MRI unit
* Start IVs as needed
* Maintain strong physician communication skills
* Operate Siemens MRI equipment with 1 scanner/room in department
* Use EPIC charting system and Fuji PACS
* Work alongside 2 Technologist Assistants in the desired staffing model
* No floating or coverage of other areas required
* Radiologist is in-house
* Grey scrubs required, not provided
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, West Virginia MRI license
* Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week assignment, 1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks

The department is equipped with modern Siemens MRI technology and utilizes EPIC and Fuji PACS systems to deliver high-quality imaging results. With an in-house radiologist and a supportive staffing model, the facility is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in an acute care setting.
