Job Details:

* Day shift schedule
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* 13 to 26-week assignment commitment required
* Overtime billed at 1.5x rate
* No on-call responsibilities
* Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
* Active state license required
* Equipment details will be provided during interview
* Dress code information will be provided on first day
* Parking information will be provided on first day
* 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
* Billing cycle is weekly
* 30-day notice required
