Job Details:

* 4x10 day shift schedule
* 70 guaranteed hours per 2-week period
* Traveler may be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2-week period
* On-call required with weekend call coverage required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS; NCCT or NBSTSA preferred
* Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available
* Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
* Only 1 time off request permitted per 13-week assignment; approved on an individual basis
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* Required skills include but are not limited to: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Mitral Valve Replacement, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD), Carotid Endarterectomy, Aseptic Technique, Instrument Processing, and Wound Care/Dressing Changes
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
