OT or COTA

Job Details:

* Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed for an immediate start
* Must have Louisiana (LA) license in hand prior to starting
* 2+ years of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
* Prior inpatient or outpatient therapy experience preferred
* Current NBCOT certification required
* BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submission required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required
