Opportunity:

Polysomnographic Technologist (Sleep Tech) - 12 hr NOCS (24-36 GSA)

Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
* Guaranteed hours of 24-36 hours per week
* 24 hours per week based solely at Boscobel location; 36 hours per week includes 2 nights at Boscobel and 1 night at La Crosse (approximately 64 miles or 1 hour 25 minutes apart)
* Potential float opportunity to La Crosse location if traveler chooses to pursue 36 hours per week
* No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements
* Patient ratio of up to 1:2
* Conduct sleep studies on patients ages 6 and older
* Primary cases include PSG, Split, PAP/Oxygen titration, Full head EEG, Extra limb leads, and EtCo2/TcCo2
* Prepare, calibrate, and monitor equipment during studies
* Score studies while conducting them
* Work with trainees and communicate effectively in an independent work environment
* Work with Natus equipment; Epic charting experience preferred
* Required certifications: RPSGT and AHA BLS
* Minimum 1 year of polysomnographic technologist experience required; previous travel experience strongly preferred
* Required education: Graduate of an electroneurodiagnostic accredited program or completion of one of the other 3 pathways set by the AASM; Associate Degree or Certificate required
