Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2302.20

Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)

Job Details:

* 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, scheduled Friday through Monday in any combination of days
* Weekend shifts required, dependent upon established workday schedule
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Perform CT and X-Ray imaging, with possible additional duties to assist with operations within the ED/Urgent Care
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* Scrub color: Black and Teal
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), SCRQSA (CT) (R)
* Required skills include: CT imaging (abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, soft tissue neck, sinuses, thoracic, cervical, lumbar), 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, vascular chest imaging, musculoskeletal trauma, preparation and administration of contrast media, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, and venipuncture
* Experience with Siemens equipment preferred
* Isolation precautions and PPE compliance required
* Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams, with peak activity in August and September
