Job Details:

* Variable day and evening shift hours
* Provides 24/7 in-house coverage with varying shift needs
* Mandatory call/standby requirement with 30-minute response time
* Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call requirements
* No floating requirements
* Work in a 12-suite operating room performing approximately 20 cases per day
* Common cases include CABG, MVR, AVR, kidney transplant, robotics, peripheral vascular, thoracic, aortic repair, vascular access, hybrid procedures (TEVAR/EVAR, TAVR), Impella, IABP, and ECMO
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of cardiovascular scrub experience
* Must be able to go "on bypass"
* Must be able to work with approximately 25 surgeons and apply general OR knowledge in a fast-paced, complex environment
* High acuity environment requiring highly skilled and experienced staff
* Hospital provides scrubs
* Charting system: EPIC
* Acute care setting
* Required certifications: BLS Certification, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA

Facility:

This facility operates a nationally recognized cardiovascular and thoracic program with 12 operating suites performing approximately 20 cases per day. The program supports a wide range of complex and high-acuity surgical procedures, staffed by approximately 25 surgeons who regularly perform in the CVOR. The facility maintains 24/7 in-house OR coverage and utilizes EPIC as its charting system, reflecting its commitment to advanced patient care and operational excellence.
