Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed per week
* Work in a 25-bed ICU with a 1:2 patient ratio
* Self-scheduling with every 3rd weekend required
* Travel/Agency nurses are first to float, floating to telemetry to take patients or to other areas as a helper/resource
* Documentation system: MediTech
* Equipment used: Alaris pumps and GE monitors
* Charge nurse and unit secretary available 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM; no tech on unit
* Perform and assist with open heart recovery, bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopy, CRRT, and Impella
* Critical care experience required; neuro and trauma experience a plus
* Strong communication skills and adaptability to change required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
* Patient experience framework: AIDET
