Job Details:

* Minimum 3 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* On-call required: weeknights approximately 1-2 nights per week and every 5th weekend rotating between two locations
* Weekend requirement is call only
* Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract; cancelled shifts must be of regular shift length
* Float may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed; will assist in X-ray when IR is not busy
* Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics; daytime patient ratio is 1:2
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI (preferred), Kansas License (LRT)
* Epic EMR charting experience required
* Must be proficient with GE Innova IGS machine and PACS system
* Kansas license required; Missouri license or compact license preferred and may be required for floating
* Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
* Scrubs are provided
* Required skills include: Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Aortography, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, IVC filter placement and removal, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Pelvic Angiography, Percutaneous Hepatic Angiography, Pulmonary Arteriography, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) of the liver, Renal Angiography, Selective Visceral Angiography, Stent Placement, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, PICC Lines Care and Maintenance, Sterile Technique, Isolation Precautions/PPE, and use of Rapid Response/Code teams
