Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3410.60

Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
* Caseloads and visit mixes per day will average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
* Prioritize start of care visits and complete next day mandatory reporting for start of care visits
* Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
* Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
* Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
* Be generally responsive during normal business hours
* Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
* Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
* Training consists of 3 full days - one in house and two in the field
* Documentation system used is Kinnser
* iPad and Verizon One Talk equipment issued
* Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
* Parking and toll reimbursement provided
* Company car option available
* Territory covers Greater Sacramento, CA with potential requirement to expand as needed
* California PT license required
* Minimum one year of Home Health experience required
