Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with occasional weekends as needed per department needs
* Travel candidates may be assigned to 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; 12-hour shift candidates are guaranteed a minimum of 36 hours per one-week work period; candidates on shifts less than 12 hours are guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per one-week work period
* Block schedule Monday through Friday
* On-call required every Wednesday 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM and every 3rd weekend
* Daily caseload of 12 patients per tech in 1 room
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
* Travel experience required
* Will float between sister campuses as needed
* Required certifications: ARRT-MR, ARRT-R, BLS
* Epic (Excellian) charting experience required
* Required work setting experience: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, and Adult ICU
* Required general skills: IV Starts
* Required equipment experience: 1.5 Siemens Avanto scanner
* Required skills include but are not limited to: MR Angiography, MR Cardiac, MRCP, gradient echo imaging, multiplanar reconstruction, image post-processing, contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, surface coils, and isolation precautions/PPE
* Patient age groups served: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics
* Scrub color: Dark Gray
* Parking: Free in any unrestricted space

Facility:

This acute care hospital is a teaching facility with Level 4 trauma designation and 149 staffed beds. The facility offers a comprehensive interdisciplinary support system including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support.
