Job Details:

* Work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* Shifts may vary and could include 12-hour, 10-hour, some 7 on 7 off, or weekend-only rotations
* No self-scheduling or block scheduling available
* Weekend requirements depending on shift and rotation
* Holiday requirements depending on shift and rotation
* May be the only technologist in the department depending on shift, including nights
* Perform all ranges of CT scans for patients from infants through adults, including traumas, strokes, and more
* Average 90-100 scans per day across acute and ambulatory settings
* Float coverage to acute care, urgent care, ER, and occasional outpatient areas
* Start and manage IVs (strongly preferred)
* Work with department equipment including Siemens and Toshiba 300+ slice scanners across 5 rooms
* Utilize Cerner EMR and Siemens/SECTRA PACS systems
* Radiologist coverage available on-site from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM with remote Nighthawk coverage from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
* Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
* Experience in a level 2 or higher trauma center required
* No assigned scrub color; scrubs are not provided
* Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS (AHA); ARRT CT preferred
* All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility

Facility:

This acute care facility is a Level 2 trauma center offering comprehensive imaging services across five CT rooms, including two rooms adjacent to the emergency department and three on the clinic side. The department supports a high volume of daily scans utilizing advanced Siemens and Toshiba technology, serving a diverse patient population across acute, urgent care, and emergency settings. The organization provides structured onsite orientation of up to one week to ensure clinicians are well-prepared before working independently.
