Open Position: RN - Med Surg Orthopedic

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1994.08

Opportunity:

RN, LPN, PCT

Job Details:

* Work in Orthopedic and Medical Surgery units with 30 and 37 beds respectively
* Patient ratios typically 6:1
* Full-time staff must work 4 weekend shifts per month (example: 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday)
* Schedules are created in 4-week increments
* Float to inpatient units to take patients and assist with tasks in CCU and ED
* Utilize Meditech documentation system
* Work with PCTs and SNEs in tech roles, with unit secretary available during day shift
* Provide patient-centered care and manage patient load effectively
* Some physicians perform bedside procedures, though less common than in CCU/ED
* BLS certification required
* Must maintain positive attitude and utilize teamwork strategies
* All experience levels welcome to apply
* Dress code requires scrub tops and bottoms, no fleece/hoodies/sweatshirts/sweaters, long sleeve shirts under scrub tops or scrub jackets permitted, no shoes with holes, no denim or camouflage
