RN - ER

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed per week option available
* Work in a 13-bed emergency room unit with patient ratios of 1:3 to 1:4 scheduled, expanding as needed
* Day shift includes variable staffing with 3 RNs on 7-hour shifts, 2-4 midshift RNs, and 2 techs
* Night shift includes 3 RNs on 7-hour shifts, 2-4 midshift RNs, and 1 tech
* Weeknight positions with potential to be pulled into weekend night shifts if necessary
* Perform typical emergency room procedures in a non-trauma center setting
* Work with GE Monitors and Meditech EMR system
* Charcoal scrubs required
* Recent emergency room experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC
* Ideal candidate is open, collaborative, and brings a positive attitude to the team

Facility:

This medical center operates a dynamic emergency department with a dedicated team of approximately 40 staff members. The facility functions as a non-trauma center emergency room, providing comprehensive emergency care services with a collaborative and supportive work environment. The unit utilizes modern monitoring equipment and an established electronic medical records system to support efficient and high-quality patient care.
