Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed is an option
* Work in a 40+ bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio (3 rooms and 1 hall bed in high volume situations)
* Perform IV starts and phlebotomy
* Perform cardiac monitoring and interpretation
* Work with equipment including cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, and Lifepak
* EMR system: Meditech
* Required certifications for RN: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI
* Dress code: Gray scrub top with black or gray scrub bottoms; appropriate colored T-shirts allowed under a nursing scrub jacket or hospital approved jacket
* Must be adaptable and a team player
* High pressure experience in a previous role preferred
* Previous medical experience preferred

This facility is a full-service medical center featuring a 40+ bed Emergency Department staffed by a team of over 120 professionals including charge nurses, team leads, registered nurses, advanced paramedics, emergency department technicians, mental health support coordinators, and unit secretaries. The department operates around the clock with dedicated day and night shift teams and is equipped with advanced medical technology to support high-acuity patient care.
