RRT - Nights

Job Details:

* Night shift position with weekends and holidays required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Float within scope to meet facility needs, including between sister campuses
* 2 years of experience required
* Must be comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients in ICU
* Guaranteed hours based on contracted shifts, with a call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment; once that limit is met, all contracted shift hours are guaranteed
* Maximum of 4 days of RTO allowed; only 1 holiday may be approved no holiday RTO will be accepted
* All call-outs for scheduled shifts may require a makeup shift as deemed necessary by the department
* Scrub color: Solid black or black and white
* Charting system: Epic
* Must pass Advanced EKG exam as part of compliance
* At least 1 supervisor reference required with submission
* Block scheduling not available
* Local candidates not accepted within 50-mile radius of main campus

This facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center operating as a teaching hospital with 733 total staffed beds. The organization provides a comprehensive range of medical services and supports float coverage across hospital units and sister campuses to meet patient care needs. The facility maintains high standards for clinical staff and utilizes Epic for charting across its departments.
