Opportunity:

MA/PSR - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* MA/PSR role requiring both front and back office experience
* Experience with high-end sales or high-profile clientele strongly preferred
* Chaperone high-profile patients through all aspects of medical care including enrollment, check-in, payment, imaging, and provider visits
* Patients spend up to 4 hours receiving VIP treatment throughout their visit
* Daily census of 5 to 10 patients per day serving adult and geriatric patient populations
* Floating required; must be flexible
* No weekends required
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Professional appearance is required
* Outstanding customer service skills required
* 3 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP accredited program required
* Epic experience required
* Patient check-in and enrollment experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), CMA
* Education: High School Diploma or GED required
* Required skills include: vital signs, rooming patients, venipuncture, EKG/ECG, urinalysis, insurance verification, scheduling appointments, and outstanding customer service
