Job Details:

* Available shifts: 6:45 AM?3:15 PM, 9:30 AM?6:00 PM, or 2:45 PM?11:15 PM
* Guaranteed 40 hours per week
* On-call required: up to 2 weekends per month, up to 2 weekdays per week, and holiday call as needed
* Up to 2 weekends of call per month required
* Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of 8?10 cases across 6 rooms (4 ORs, 1 Hybrid, 1 PV)
* Required cardiac surgery case experience: CABG (on/off pump), AVR, MVRR, TVRR, aortic aneurysm/dissection, total artificial heart, heart transplant, LVAD implantation, minimally invasive valve replacement, and trans-catheter mitral/aortic/tricuspid valve replacement
* Required vascular surgery case experience: endovascular and open vascular procedures including AAA, thoracic and thoracoabdominal aneurysm with fenestrated grafts, endarterectomy, bypass for peripheral artery disease, amputation, and ECMO decannulation and repositioning
* Required CVOR case experience: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Atrial Septal Defect Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, CABG, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, EVAR, Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft, Mitral Valve Replacement, Pericardial Window, TAVR, TEVAR, VAD, and ECMO
* Preferred case experience: general, endo/laparoscopic, vascular, thoracic, bariatrics, and transplant
* Charting system: Excellian/Epic
* Scrubs provided by the facility for this position
* Parking available at a flat rate of $0.55/hour
* Required certifications: BLS and NBSTSA or NCCT
* No floating within scope or to sister facilities required
* Requested time off restricted to no more than 5 days
* Block scheduling not available
* Local candidates accepted

The facility operates 672 staffed beds and features a dedicated CVOR suite with 6 rooms including 4 standard ORs, 1 hybrid OR, and 1 PV room.
