Job Details:

* On-call required once per week and once per 6-week weekend schedule
* Weekends required for on-call shifts only
* Block schedules are not required
* Expected patient ratio is 1:1
* Must be able to scrub all cardiac procedures
* Washington state license must be in hand at time of submission
* Minimum of 2 years of experience required
* At least 1 year of recent cardiac experience required this is a hard stop requirement
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Scrub color: any color
* No parking fee
* Required certifications: BLS, NBSTSA, ASATT, Washington Registration
* Required skills include but are not limited to: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, ECMO insertion/decannulation, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, TEVAR, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Carotid Endarterectomy, Atrial Septal Defect repair, Atherectomy, Cardiomyoplasty, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Lung resection/Thoracotomy, and aseptic technique
* Patient population served includes adults and geriatrics
* Highly specialized Cardiothoracic and Vascular OR environment performing procedures ranging from basic CABG to robotic mitral valve repair, TAVR, and pediatric congenital heart surgeries
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submittal

This short-term acute care facility is a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 629 staffed beds.
