Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Opportunity:

IR Vascular OR Technologist

Job Details:

* 3x12 shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* 13-week contract
* 1:1 patient ratios
* Call required once a week and every fourth weekend
* Perform endovascular and open vascular cases in a hybrid operating room setting
* Conduct peripheral vascular work and other endovascular procedures including EVAR, TEVAR, declot, and TCAR
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Work with special equipment including Siemens, Shockwave, and IVUS systems
* Utilize unit systems including Epic, PACS, SBAR, and Pyxis
* Scrubs are provided
* 36 hours of orientation (based on experience)
* Contract staff may be assigned to a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to report to work during catastrophic events, mass casualty, or disaster situations
* ARRT R certification required (ARRT VI preferred)
* BLS certification required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Epic experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred

Facility:

This facility features a hybrid operating room equipped with advanced imaging and vascular technology to support a wide range of endovascular and open vascular procedures. The unit operates with a 1:1 patient ratio and provides interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. The facility primarily serves patients diagnosed with vascular disease and maintains a high standard of specialized surgical and interventional care.
