Radiology Technologist
Job Details:
* Weekday shifts, 5x8 schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
* All weekends required per contract
* On-call required
* Float between sister facilities may be required - refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* Schedule subject to manager discretion for block scheduling
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, Fluoroscopy, California License
* Scrub color requirement: Black
* Free parking provided on first day; assignment parking provided during orientation
* Serves patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* 3 radiology rooms available
* Required skills include: portable chest and abdomen imaging, C-arm procedures, PACS, contrast media preparation and administration, peripheral IV starts, upper GI series, barium studies, and a wide range of musculoskeletal and body imaging procedures
Facility:
This acute care hospital operates with 150 staffed beds and provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. The facility supports a wide range of patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, and adults, and maintains a fully equipped radiology department with multiple imaging rooms. The organization utilizes Epic as its charting system and is committed to delivering high-quality care across multiple service lines.
