Job Details:
* Day shift position
* Patient ratio of 11 patients per day shift
* Approximately 10 visits per day across 3 rooms
* On call every third week
* One pre-approved time off allowed per contract
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
* Experience with PET CT and nuclear medicine required
* Experience on Siemens equipment required
* Department does not perform nuclear cardiology exams
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT (N), NMTCB, PET, BLS
* Required skills include: PET Scan, HIDA Scan, Gastric Emptying, Bone Scan, Brain Scan, Liver Imaging, Renal/Perfusion, Ventilation/Perfusion, Whole Body Scan, Uptake Scan, Cerebral Blood Flow, Starting and Maintaining IVs, Drawing Venous Blood, Storing/Handling/Disposal of Radioactive Materials, Isolation Precautions/PPE
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support available from radiology and transportation teams
* Travelers may be expected to float to like units within their scope based on facility needs

This facility operates a nuclear medicine department equipped to handle a broad range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including PET CT and general nuclear medicine exams. The department supports a diverse patient population across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups and works collaboratively with radiology and transportation teams. The facility utilizes Siemens imaging equipment and maintains a structured environment with consistent patient volumes and interdisciplinary support.
