Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule or alternative days as requested
* 13-week rotation with extensions possible and flexible work weeks
* 36-hour weekly guarantee
* 100% skilled nursing position
* 100% Sunset assignment
* Productivity expectation of 80% evaluation and group/concurrent time in full
* Mileage and drive time paid to facilities within 5-10 miles for travel
* Software used: Nethealth - training provided
* New graduates welcome
* Required certifications: BLS Certification

The facility offers comprehensive clinical support including a Therapy Supervisor, Director, and Clinical Specialist, as well as an on-site physical therapist.
