Open Position: Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3278.80

Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Inpatient

Job Details:

* Shifts available from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM plus call
* On-call requirement of 1 week every 3 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* 50-mile radius rule applies - no local candidates
* Required certifications: BLS, PharmD, RPh, Inpatient Infusion
* Required charting system experience: Epic
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Must be proficient with Pyxis and sterile technique
* Skills required include antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, cardiac dosing, clinical dosing, compounding, high-alert medications, inpatient/acute care, IV piggyback, IV push medications, pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic medication monitoring, and Warfarin dosing
* Must be comfortable treating patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
