ARRT MRI Tech

Job Details:

* Day shift position working Monday through Friday
* On-call required one night per week from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* No weekends required
* Block scheduling type
* 40 hours of orientation required
* Epic charting system experience is a hard stop requirement - must have Epic experience to be considered
* At least 1 year of MRI experience required
* Travel experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: ARRT MR, BLS
* Operate Siemens Magnetom Vida 3T and 2 GE SIGNA HDi 1.5T MRI equipment
* Perform a wide range of MRI procedures including brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, cardiac, vascular, and extremity imaging
* Experience with MRA, MRV, MRCP, perfusion, spectroscopy, and image post-processing preferred
* Serve patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Scrub color: any color scrubs permitted for Allied staff
* No parking fees
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All requested time off must be submitted upfront during the submittal process

This short-term acute care Level II Trauma teaching hospital features 209 total staff beds and a daily census of approximately 160 patients. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic as its primary charting system across all departments.
