Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Opportunity:

RRT - Nights

Job Details:

* Night shift position with weekends and holidays required
* Every other weekend required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* No on-call required
* Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units
* Block scheduling is not available
* Maximum of 4 days of RTO allowed - no holiday RTO will be accepted
* Call off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment; once met, all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed
* Must be comfortable working with both adults and pediatric patients in the ICU
* Must pass an Advanced EKG exam as part of compliance
* Scrub color: Solid black or black and white
* Charting system: Epic
* All call outs for scheduled shifts will require a makeup shift as deemed necessary by the department
* At least 1 supervisor reference required with submission
* 50-mile radius local rule applies - locals within 50 miles of main campus are not accepted

This facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center that also serves as a teaching hospital. With 733 total staffed beds, the facility provides comprehensive medical care across a wide range of specialties and patient populations, including both adult and pediatric patients. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic as its charting system to support clinical staff.
