Opportunity:

LVN - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting required
* Active California LVN license required at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood Withdrawal certification
* Epic charting system experience required
* Must be proficient in EKG, phlebotomy, and IV starts
* No weekend requirement
* Floating required on an as-needed basis
* License must be active and in hand at time of submission - pending licenses not accepted
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Skills include telephone triage, vaccine administration, medication reconciliation, vital sign monitoring, specimen collection, and follow-up phone calls
