Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2359.20

Job Details:

* Work 4 shifts of 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Rare weekend on-call requirements with no holiday requirements
* Treat approximately 8 to 12 patients per day
* 45-minute outpatient sessions with blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
* Primarily treat outpatient orthopedic patients including post joint replacements, pain management, back conditions, post falls, post neurological cases, and some sports medicine
* Some inpatient acute care coverage required
* Access to a warm water therapy pool for patient treatment
* Cover St. Elizabeth Hospital department as needed
* Work alongside 3 PTAs with supervisory support available
* Scrubs or business casual attire required
* Must be available in state for the first week of orientation
* Must be within a 60-mile radius; valid driver's license required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Colorado PT license required
* Charting system: EPIC
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
