PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Day shift schedule
* 40 guaranteed hours per week with overtime billed at 1.5x rate
* 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
* 13 to 26 week commitment required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
* Active physical therapy license required
* Equipment details will be provided during interview
* Dress code information will be provided on first day
* Parking will be provided on first day
* WA and AK compact license accepted
