Opportunity:

Sterile Processing Tech

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour shifts, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday with holiday rotation
* Weekend rotation may be required
* May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs, including to ART, Main, or West Campus sister facilities
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Experience required in sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap sterile processing
* Preferred case experience includes: Neuro, GU, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Transplant, and GYN
* Required certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA
* BLS not required
* Travel experience required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
* Required skills include: High-Level Disinfection (HLD), Immediate-Use Steam Sterilization (IUSS), Sets/Trays Assembly, Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Sterilization Wrapping Procedures, Robotics, Orthopedics, Neurology, Urology, Transplant, OB/GYN, and use of Washers/Sterilizers
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Parking pass available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20
