Job Details:

* Day shift position
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* 13 to 26 week commitment required
* Overtime billed at 1.5x rate
* No on-call responsibilities
* Equipment will be provided - details shared during interview

* Active state license required
* Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
* Washington and Alaska compact license accepted
