Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts in a long-term care unit
* Care for patients with diagnoses including Dementia, COPD, CHF, and Deconditioning
* Work in a 20-bed geriatric unit
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a SNF/LTC setting required
* Colorado CNA license required and must be active
* BLS certification required and must be active
* Utilize Athena EMR system
