Opportunity:

MRI Technologist

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Tuesday
* Contract length of 13 to 20 weeks
* No on-call requirement
* Float between orthopedic and main hospital campus required
* Contract staff will be assigned to a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to report during catastrophic events, mass casualty incidents, or disasters
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
* Recent hospital experience required
* Travel experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-MR
* Required skills: abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance angiography, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2 weighted images, CINE
* Preferred skills: chest, image post-processing
* Equipment used: GE and Siemens
* Documentation system: EPIC
* Patient age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics (preferred familiarity), adolescents, adults, and geriatrics (required)
* Scrubs: royal blue
* Scheduling based on per unit needs
* Hospital orientation held during first week, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily; full availability required with no other commitments
