Open Position: RN - Med Surg Tele

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2216.56

Opportunity:

RN - MS/Tele

Job Details:

* 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Every other weekend required, sometimes every third weekend
* Block scheduling available
* Patient ratio of 1:5 on nights and weekends
* No floating required at this time
* Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
* Manage patients with diagnoses including CHF, diabetes, orthopedic conditions, chest pain, pneumonia, and COPD
* Administer and titrate insulin drips and Cardizem drips
* No ventilator management required
* Perform skills including blood product administration, cardiac telemetry monitoring, PICC line management, heparin protocols, IV insulin protocols, wound care, and management of cardiac drips
* Utilize Pyxis medication dispensing system
* EPIC charting system experience required
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA preferred)
* Active Michigan nursing license required by start date; compact license not accepted
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of profile submission; maximum 5 days RTO per contract
