Opportunity:
RN - Operating Room
Job Details:
* Circulate OBGYN cases including C-sections, Orthopedic, General, Urology, and ENT procedures
* Work in a facility with 4 OR suites plus additional rooms for minor procedures
* Must be proficient in orthopedic cases including total joint cases
* Assist with turning rooms and cleaning as needed in the small department setting
* Sit in PACU on callback cases as a second set of hands to assist as 2nd RN during recovery period (does not recover patients independently)
* Work alongside visiting physicians who hold clinics for ENT, Orthopedics, and other specialties
* Hospital scrubs provided
* Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an OR RN
* Must have prior travel experience
* Must be comfortable scrubbing and circulating cases
* Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association)
* CPI or MOAB certification required - if not already certified, must complete MOAB training on site
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
