Job Details:

* Variable shifts covering 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with one 12-hour shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) per week
* Shifts are available in both 8-hour and 12-hour formats
* Every other weekend coverage required
* Every other holiday coverage required
* 12-week assignment length
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* Overtime available if applicable
* Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
* Post-acute care setting
* 30-bed facility with patient ratios of 30:1 with 2 medication aides or 15:1
* Common diagnoses include mild dementia and bariatric patients
* EMR system: MatrixCare/Matrix Point of Care
* BLS Certification required
* BSN not required

Facility:

This post-acute care facility provides skilled nursing services in a setting designed to support patients with a variety of care needs, including mild dementia and bariatric conditions. The facility maintains a structured care environment with defined patient ratios and medication aide support to ensure quality patient outcomes. Staff utilize the MatrixCare electronic medical records system to support efficient and accurate documentation across all shifts.
