Job Details:

* Day shift position working 4 shifts of 10 hours each, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* 1-2 call shifts per week required
* Vascular surgery experience required
* Minimum of 18 months permanent or combined permanent experience in specialty required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certification: BLS (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required (references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months)
