Job Details:

* Shifts start at 6:00 AM
* Radiology/CT technologists work 10 or 12-hour shifts
* MRI Technologists work 10-hour shifts
* Nuclear Medicine Technologists work 8-hour shifts
* Ultrasound Technologists work 8 or 10-hour shifts
* Weekend requirement varies based on facility need; may be required to work all weekends
* Holiday coverage worked in as needed
* Acute care setting at a Level 3 Trauma facility
* Radiology technologists will perform X-ray and CT imaging
* MRI technologists will perform all MRI studies
* Nuclear Medicine technologists will perform all nuclear medicine scans
* Ultrasound technologists will perform all ultrasound studies except echo, leg studies, and standard perinatal (high-risk OB only)
* EMR and equipment used: Cerner, DR PACS, Philips
* California CRT license and R-credential required for Radiology technologists
* Certified CT preferred for Radiology/CT technologists
* Fluoro license required
* BLS certification required
* Radiology supervisor on site
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks

Facility:

This acute care facility operates as a Level 3 Trauma Center offering a comprehensive range of imaging and diagnostic services across multiple modalities including radiology, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound. The facility utilizes Cerner as its electronic medical records system alongside DR PACS and Philips imaging equipment. Supportive resources include on-site radiology supervision, 24/7 respiratory therapy, and 24/7 pharmacy services.
