Opportunity:

RN - PACU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Weekend requirement of 1 per month, Saturday and Sunday
* No holiday requirements
* On-call requirements as needed, maximum 1 per week for 12 hours
* Minimum 2+ years of Pre-Op, Post-Op, and PACU RN experience required
* Epic EMR experience required
* Critical care level experience preferred
* IV access and Level 2 Trauma experience preferred
* Patient population ranges from 6 months to geriatrics
* Patient ratio of 2:1 with 16 available beds
* Float to sister units as needed and on-campus surgery center as case volume shifts
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only), NIH, and VA State License or Compact
* Scrub color: Navy, all other attire per facility dress code policy

The facility operates with a strong emphasis on quality care, maintaining a 2:1 patient ratio and utilizing Epic as its primary electronic medical records system.
